• All wooden products are manufactured on order. Usual Delivery times for products like Chair, Jhola, accessories etc is 7 working days. Delivery time for other wooden products will be informed upon order confirmation, depending on type of product.

  • In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products. We don’t have refund policy.
  • If a customer places an order he must pay 100% in advance for the confirmation of order (Not applicable for DARAZ)
  • Replacement for Furniture & other category will be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
  • Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 12 hours of delivery.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit.
  • Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product, HB provided goods must be received in acceptable condition.
  • If our installation team is required for fixing any item at site then we may charge separately for installation.
  • No return Policy. Order cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is placed

  • We at HB work to ensure that you get what you see on our online sales. We do not exchange unless the product is damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item and don’t refund for cancellation of order.
  • The prices quoted are exclusive of taxes and duties in effect on the date of booking. If at any time between the booking and the completion of the order, any new alteration in duties, taxes tariff valuation dues, or other charges shall be levied or amended by government authorities the quoted rates shall proportionately be adjusted or amended accordingly.
  • Force Majeure clause will be applicable in case of circumstances beyond our control.
